智慧城市:大数据、互联网时代的城市治理(第6版) 读者对象:本书适合全国各级城市的市领导和大数据主管部门领导干部,智慧城市产品和服务提供商,以及计算机应用、信息管理、公共管理、城市规划、城市管理等专业的高年级本科生和研究生阅读。
智慧城市是大数据、互联网时代的城市治理方式。本书首先介绍了我国城镇化和城市信息化发展历程,建立了智慧城市的体系框架,阐述了城市信息学研究内容、研究方法以及与其他城市科学的关系,分析了国内外智慧城市发展情况,指出了智慧城市建设过程中存在的主要问题,提出了智慧城市发展对策。然后论述了物联网、云计算、移动互联网、大数据、人工智能、区块链、虚拟现实和元宇宙等新一代信息技术及其在智慧城市中的应用,描述了信息基础设施、智慧政府、智慧经济、智慧社会、发展环境等智慧城市重要组成部分。最后提出城市的领导干部要强化信息化思维,阐述了信息化与"五位一体”总体布局、"四个全面”战略布局、新发展理念的关系。
金江军,中央党校习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究中心副研究员、福建省委党校新校区信息化专班副主任(挂职),主要从事数字政府、数字经济和智慧城市研究,主讲《以信息化推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化》、《数字引领高质量发展》等,承担了若干国家社科基金项目,曾主持或参与国家部委和地方党政机关委托的政策研究课题和决策咨询项目80多个,在《学习时报》等刊物发表文章80多篇,曾多次参与起草国家政策法规,担任项目评审专家和领导干部培训班授课老师,撰写的内参曾多次获得中央领导和省部级领导批示。
