光电探测技术与应用 读者对象:测控技术与仪器、电子科学与技术、光电信息科学与工程、电子信息工程、智能感知工程等专业的本科生,以及仪器科学与技术、光学工程、电子科学与技术、信息与通信工程等专业的研究生和工程技术人员。
本书以编者多年从事光电探测技术及其应用方面的研究为基础,结合编者在光电探测技术领域的最新研究成果,以及参考近年来光电探测技术的最新成果编写而成。本书主要内容包括光电探测技术基础理论、光电探测系统中的常用光源、光电发射器件、光电导探测器件、半导体结型光电器件、光电成像器件、红外探测器件、微纳光学探测器件、典型光电探测系统、光电探测新技术及应用。全书体系完整,概念清晰,力争做到引导读者正确掌握光电探测器件的基本原理、使用技巧和光电探测系统的设计思想与方法。 本书力求为测控技术与仪器、电子科学与技术、光电信息科学与工程、电子信息工程、智能感知工程等专业的本科生,以及仪器科学与技术、光学工程、电子科学与技术、信息与通信工程等专业的研究生和工程技术人员提供光电探测系统分析与设计的基本理论、先进的前沿技术和最新方法。
郝晓剑,中共党员,工学博士,二级教授,博士生导师。北京理工大学机械工程博士后、澳大利亚斯文本科技大学光学访问学者、新加坡国立大学光学访问学者。山西省高校教学名师、中北大学仪器科学与技术学科带头人。2019年4月任中北大学仪器与电子学院党委书记、2021年9月任中北大学校党委委员。 主要研究方向为新型传感技术与高端光电仪器领域理论与技术的创新和自主可控。获省部级教学科研成果奖12项;授权发明专利12项;出版论著2部,发表SCI/EI论文65篇;出版国家级“十二五”和工信部“十四五”规划教材各一部。目前兼任Journal of Measurement Science and Instrumentation/《中国测试》编委、国家自然科学基金委/教育部学位论文以及多省科技厅专家库专家。曾荣获山西省百名优秀女知识分子、师德先进个人、优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。至今已培养出66位优秀的全日制硕博研究生,工作在航空航天、兵器集团、中电集团、高校等企事业单位。
