传染病消毒技术规范
《DISINFECTION GUIDE FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASE(精)》介绍了常用传染病消毒常用消毒器械、传染病消毒常用消毒剂、传染病的预防性消毒、传染病预防性消毒的基本要求、各种消毒对象的预防性消毒、各种场所预防传染病消毒等内容。
本书适合各级医疗机构、疾病预防控制部门从事传染病消毒技术人员、管理人使用。
薛广波,男,第二军医大学教授,上海市消毒品协会会长。1941年生于河北省邯郸市魏县。著名消毒学家、流行病学家和疾病预防学家,是我国消毒学和疾病预防学的创始人之一。1993年获国务院政府特殊津贴,1996年获国家世纪宝鼎奖,1998年获全军预防医学基金奖,2001年被中华预防医学会消毒学会评选为国内外著名学者。 薛广波教授1964年毕业于山东菏泽医学专科学校,后又就读于上海第二军医大学和上海第一医科大学。长期从事流行病学和消毒学教学和科研工作。学习刻苦,治学严谨,成绩卓著。发表学术论文140余篇。获国家、军队和地方各种科技奖18项。主编学术著作12部。作为编委、编者、审者出版的著作12部。 他设计和组织完成的“中国脑血管病的流行病学研究”,在总后卫生部的支持下,组织全军980余名医务人员,在全国范围内(台湾省除外)随机抽取580万人口,进行了脑血管病的流行病学调查,不仅阐明了我国脑血管病从南向北逐步增多,从东向西逐步减少的分布规律,并提出了这种分布的数学模式。同时也研究了多种因素和脑血管病的关系。在第12届(洛杉矶)、第13届(悉尼)、第14届(名古屋)等国际流行病学大会上报告后,受到高度评价。这项工作获全军科技进步一等奖和国家科技进步二等奖。薛教授和郭述苏教授等共同完成的“中国偏头痛的流行病学研究”,获军队科技进步二等奖。 在消毒灭菌研究中,他和同事们首创了“高臭氧紫外线消毒灯”和“高强度紫外线消毒灯”,并用其制备了多种紫外线消毒设备,这些研究使我国对紫外线消毒的开发达到国际先进水平,在国际会议上报告后受到好评,并获得多项科技进步及其他奖项。目前这些成果已在医学消毒和卫生消毒中广泛应用。 薛广波教授是国际标准化组织ISO/TC 198委员会(消毒灭菌委员会)专家。也是国际流行病学协会(IEA)会员,曾被聘为英国利高曼一中华医学会消毒专家委员会副主任,全军科技成果奖评委,全军流行病学会副主任等。长期担任卫生部消毒专家委员会委员和卫生部消毒产品专家审评委员会主任委员。
